- Raspberries: 1.5 cups
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Water: 1.5 cups

- Start with 1.5 cups of fresh raspberries. If you're trying this recipe when raspberries aren't in season, use frozen ones. Although, when having the option, fresh is better.
- Place a small saucepan on the stove and pour the water, sugar, and vanilla extract. Turn the heat to medium-high and stir until the sugar dissolves.
